What this preview stores

The preview basket stores product IDs and quantities in your browser using localStorage. Quiz answers remain only in memory until the page reloads. Customer accounts, address collection and payments are not connected. The formal complaints form described below is connected. No analytics scripts are activated by this website.

Business enquiry builder

Contact details entered into the business enquiry builder stay in page memory until you leave or reload. They are not saved or transmitted. Copying an enquiry puts it on your device clipboard. No CRM or email submission is connected.

Support widget preview

The support widget is a front-end preview. Messages stay in this page’s memory and are not sent or saved. They disappear when you leave or reload. A sample support name is kept in sessionStorage for this tab session; the previous sample name is stored locally so the next session can use a different one. No real agent assignment or availability is represented.

Employee operations area

The employee admin area uses Sign in with ChatGPT and server-side access roles. Operational records, staff permissions, review drafts, complaints and change history are stored in a protected database. They are not stored in your browser basket. Only authorised staff can access the relevant operational workspaces.

Formal complaint submissions

The complaints form sends your name, contact email and complaint details to our protected complaints database. Order, product and batch details and a requested resolution are optional. Authorised admin, management and support staff can review the record. A possible safety concern is flagged for assessment; it is not automatically sent to a manufacturer or regulator. We do not send an automatic acknowledgement email.

Please avoid including detailed health information, payment details or information about other people. The original submission is retained with the case so staff can review it accurately. A random submission identifier prevents duplicate records on retries. Salted, hashed network identifiers are used for short-lived abuse prevention; complaint content is not sent to marketing pixels or stored in browser localStorage.

The operating company and complete launch privacy arrangements, including processing grounds and the retention schedule, are still being finalised. The current form is for contacting the developing SelfTest team about a concern; it is not an emergency or clinical advice service.

Customer reviews

Public review collection is not open yet. A review form has been prepared, but submissions remain disabled until the operating company and full privacy arrangements are confirmed. Approved authentic reviews imported by authorised staff may display only the approved name, rating, text, date and product reference. Private order references are not published.

Hosting and future checkout

The hosting provider may process technical request data. If Shopify is connected later, checkout data will be handled by Shopify and the merchant. A complete merchant privacy notice, controller contact, retention policy and applicable cookie choices must be published before launch.
